Maria Dos Santos
Owner and Regional Director
She has over 25 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education.
She holds her Advanced Level Director’s Credential in the state of Florida, and since 2001 has served in many capacities in the United States, being responsible for pre-school operations with more than 180 children. She is constantly analyzing the evolution of childhood education around the world to update the school’s curriculum. Mrs. Dos Santos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the Metropolitan University of Caracas, Venezuela.
Jose Molleja
CFO and Strategy Director
He is an MBA professional with more than 25 years of experience in strategy and planning, financial analysis, and process improvement.
He has worked for multinational companies across several continents, and in a boutique consulting firm in Latin America. The last 5 years he has been working for the online sector of higher education as a VP of Strategic Planning in a company that offers comprehensive services and technologies for institutions in the higher education marketplace. He is in charge of the financial operations of My First Academy and its projects, serving as CFO and Strategy Director of the corporation.
Angelica Cosme
Director at My First Academy - Fortune Rd.
She has more than 8 years of experience working with young children.
She holds her Director’s Credentials in the state of Florida and since 2009 has served in many capacities in a preschool setting. She also holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. Being able to help wherever she can, and always having the children leaving the school with smiles on their faces is the most rewarding part of her job.
Tania Hernandez
Director at My First Academy 2 - Dyer Blvd.
She has over 12 years of experience.
Passionate about educating and working with children, she completed her BS in Biology, holds her Director’s Credential in the state of Florida, and is currently pursuing an MA in Educational Management and Leadership. She is devoted to the physical, cognitive, and social development of her little ones. For 6 years, she was Director of the “Escuela Materno Infantil” at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Bayamon Campus, and since 2017, she has been part of the great family of My First Academy. She feels happy, blessed, and eager to continue contributing to the development of each one of the young children and their families.
